Holding Unto grudges is the fastest way to burn good energy and keep yourself from moving forward.
Grudges are like a heavy sack of garbage being carried around on your back, weighing you down and keeping you from moving forward in your life.
You may not want to repeat a situation twice but you must let go of the pain, hurt and grudge before it keeps you from reaching your full potential.
I am quick to forgive but not quick to repeat the same mistake. I learn quickly and well. I think its important to learn from the past but the past should not dictate your future and hold you back from moving forward.
